SMS Terms of Use

Last updated October 24, 2026

These terms explain the text-message service from Curated Moments Co. (“Curated Moments”, “we”, “us”) at curatedmomentsco.com.

What you will receive

If you choose to receive texts when you place an order, we send messages about that order: a confirmation that we received it and a notice when it ships. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the box beside “Text me updates about my order from Curated Moments Co.” at checkout and entering your mobile number. The box is never checked for you. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can place your order without it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by order. Most orders generate about 2 to 5 messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for the texts.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation message and then no more texts. You can also email info@curatedmomentsco.com to be removed. Opting out of texts does not cancel your order; we will still keep you updated by email.

To start receiving texts again, place a new order and check the box, or reply START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or fail if your phone is off or out of coverage, or if your carrier blocks them.

Your information

We use your mobile number only to send the order updates described here. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it or your text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our service providers may process messages only to deliver them for us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle all personal information.
